Stepping Stone Rentals was set up to try and solve a problem which we have had for a long time at Valencia Property, finding rentals for foreign clients coming into Valencia. The rental crisis that has engulfed many parts of the World hits home harder for people trying to find a property in a totally new environment where they have no local network and have to rely on the internet to start their search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately where there is desperation there is the opportunity for scammers and we saw that happening more and more online. We eventually got round to designing a secure environment for those of us excluded from the Valencia rental market to avoid the online traps and manage to get our clients a secure, safe and reliable experience for finding property before they arrive to start a new adventure in Valencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
