A.) Non-Payment for Tenant, Payment from Lessor<\/strong>: All rental agreements that are considered long term<\/strong>, i.e., 12 months minimum, automatically renewable, and NOT<\/strong> seasonal aka \u201cde temporada\u201d shouldn\u2019t have agents charging a commission to the Tenants. B.) Payment from both parties:<\/strong> The Tenant pays the Real Estate intermediation fees when the rental agreements are considered mid-term or seasonal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Vacation Rentals<\/strong> (up to 31 days in duration) and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Seasonal Rentals<\/strong> (with a duration between 32 days and 11 months).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All realtors are within their right to charge tenants their commissions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
