What's the catch with the ridiculously cheap price in such a high demand area!? - It's an older apartment with pretty old rickety-rackety windows that need replacing and the balcony door is broken.

Yet, there is still peace and quiet and that small detail doesn't hinder any levels of comfort - It's just ugly! So, there is a massive reduction in rent to make up for this temporary snag until they are replaced - which is estimated to be in mid-September. All the trending coffee shops are a stones' throw away, fresh produce in the Mercat is up the road with both the bus and tram running direct to the city center right in front on the parallel street.

The apartment has 2 large bedrooms (2 individual beds & 1 double bed -1 of the bedrooms is currently being used as an office / storage space but would be prepared to be a bedroom). There is a mini lounge with sea views from the balcony, a massive dining room or currently: office space, lots of natural light, 1 spacious bathroom, and a 2nd exterior balcony the washing machine sits. The kitchen has been pieced together to be fully functional but don't expect high luxury remodeling. There is a 3rd room, however, it will be storing the owners things.

A comfortable 4th floor and no lift will keep you fit and healthy and only 1 neighbor per floor out of 5, so it's a very tranquil. There is a community terrace to set up a lounge table, chairs, and some sunbeds.

Valencia Beach Area

We have to distinguish the beach area of Valencia from the city centre itself. For our purposes we are calling the beach area not only the Cabanyal and Malvarrosa but also Nazaret near the Port, El Grau near the Marina, Alboraya beach, the Patacona, and Port Saplaya, also belonging to Alboraya. Valencia beach is a 4km long wide expanse of sand fronted by a palm fringed Promenade that you can walk from one end to the other, starting by the Marina in the Cabanyal and finishing at the end of the Patacona in Alboraya, without leaving the beach area. There are plenty of areas set aside for water sports, beach games such as football and volleyball and in the summer beach bars are set up so that clients can enjoy snacks and drinks without leaving the beach. Valencia beach never gets full as it is huge and the quality of the water is excellent for a city beach.
