What is needed from your property

To be part of the Stepping Stone Rental network, your property will need a fast internet connection, a fully and properly equipped kitchen with kettle, microwave and coffee machine apart from the more obvious washing machine, fridge and dishwasher, a modern TV, preferably Smart for streaming purposes and plenty of sockets ;-).

Everything needs to be in great condition and not looking as if you inherited the apartment from you granfolks and are using their left behind goods. Provide exactly what YOU would expect, and don't be afraid to go beyond that a bit, to receive as if you were a tenant in a new city!

The property doesn't necessarily have to be in central Valencia, we get plenty of requests from people for all types of property locations, but your price has to reflect the property and location.

We will guide you as to what is a reasonable price for your area and the comparatives nearby and you can choose whether or not to accept our guidance.

We find an equilibrium between affordability and the need to provide a return for our owners that suits both parties.
