For those of you interested in becoming a part of the Stepping Stone Rental family of owners, you can contact us on the following link to send us details of your property, and we will make a visit to decide with you whether it would be suitable to offer to our rental clients.

We will take a look at facilities, what you need to do to get it ready (if anything) and what you need to supply. We will explain our methods, our contracts and our work with you to find a solution for your rental property whether you wish to use the property or not, and when you want to keep it for yourself.

As we are not a portal we are not required to have property registration numbers under the new law from the 1st of July 2025, we act solely as a shop window for your property and you will sign any contract directly with the tenant. We support you in property management for which we charge a fee. If you choose to advertise on traditional property portals then you will need a registration number. We can guide you to get your registration, it's a relatively painless process when done as an individual but we cannot get the registration for you as it requires a Power of Attorney.
