A: Stepping Stone Rentals offers a diverse range of properties for medium-term rental, including apartments, townhouses, and villas but we concentrate mostly on apartments.


Our owners' properties are located in desirable neighborhoods in and around Valencia, ensuring you have access to amenities, transportation, and the vibrant lifestyle the city has to offer.


Q: Are the rental properties furnished?


A: Yes, all our rental properties are fully furnished and equipped with the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.


From furniture and appliances to kitchenware and linens, we strive to create a home-like environment so you can settle in seamlessly upon arrival.


Q: How long can I rent a property with Stepping Stone Rentals?


A: Our rental durations typically range from 3 to 11 months.


This flexible timeframe allows you to adjust your stay according to your needs, whether it's for a temporary work assignment, extended holiday, while you have modernisations done in your current home or transitional period during a relocation.


Q: Are utilities included in the rental price?


A: Yes, utilities such as electricity, water, gas and internet are included in the rental price up to a certain amount and only when we haven't lowered the rent through an internal deal. We aim to provide a hassle-free experience by taking care of the essential utilities, so you can focus on enjoying your time in Valencia.


Q: Can Others Stay in the Property?


A: Direct family members are allowed to join the contract holders. Usually you will tell us how many people will be staying along with their names and ID. However, at times you may have older children with their family or even your parents visiting and they can stay. Friends visiting for a few days can only stay with the express written permission from the owners and/or SSR. For periods longer than a typical holiday stay they would need to be included in the contract as a co-signatory. Equally, as properties have occupation number limits, they would have to be within that number.



Q: Is renter's insurance required?


A: It's not obligatory but we highly suggest all landlords &/or tenants to have renter insurance during their stay. Renter insurance provides protection and
coverage for your personal belongings and liability while renting a property. Talk to us if you need insurance to cover your home or belongings.


We can supply contact details for quotes on insurance for your belongings.


Q: How do I book a property with Stepping Stone Rentals?


A: Booking a property with Stepping Stone Rentals is easy. Simply browse our available properties on our website, select the one that suits your needs, and submit an enquiry through the property listing. Remember to include the rental dates and # of rooms you're looking for!


Our team will be in touch to assist you further and guide you through the booking process with the owner within 48 hours.


Q: What payment methods are accepted?


Payments are accepted through bank transfers only. Our team will provide you with the necessary details to complete the payment securely and reserve your Stepping Stone Rental property.


Q: Can I extend my stay if needed?


A: Depending on availability, it may be possible to extend your stay. We recommend contacting our team as early as possible to discuss your requirements and explore the options available.

Q: What support is available during my stay?


A: At Stepping Stone Rentals, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. Our dedicated team is available to address any concerns or issues that may arise during your stay.

Q: What If I Decide To Leave Early?


A: Unfortunately no refunds are given as the owners have booked up your time period for the property, given up their potential for being here and denied others from booking. Arrangements are made beforehand so the property is available for the whole of your stay. In the case of "Force Majeure" we at SSR will consult with the owners to try and arrange a satisfactory solution but the owners are not obligated to provide recompense.


Q: Can I bring pets with me?


A: We understand that pets are an important part of the family. While some properties may be pet-friendly, it is best to inquire about specific pet policies for individual properties.


Our team will provide you with information on pet-friendly options and any applicable fees or restrictions.
