There is a large open plan living area with dining room space and fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of space and lots of light with rooftop views opposite.
Upstairs there is another bedroom or office leading to the large penthouse terrace and washroom/storeroom. The terrace is around 16m2 so plenty of room for enjoying that outside space and the great climate of Valencia.
The property is in La Pobla de Vallbona, a town of around 25000 people in the Turia Valley 18km from Valencia. It has a wide selection of cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and facilities including a quite stunning sports centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, velodrome, football stadium and more.
Public transport into Valencia is available with a bus every hour which takes around half an hour into the centre of the city and metros every half hour which take about 45-50 minutes. The bus stop is 300m from the apartment and the metro a twenty minute walk. There is easy on road parking by the house and you can rent local garage spaces for around 50 Euros per month. It takes around 20 minutes from the apartment into central Valencia in your car straight down the CV35 motorway. International schools are nearby and there is a huge Carrefour between La Pobla and L'Eliana.
Within 300m of the house you have a double figure number of bars and cafes and plenty of bakeries, fruit and veg shops and more not to mention a lot of estate agencies, car repair shops and an excellent local park. The health centre is around 200m away from the property.
All in all an excellent Stepping Stone Rental in a thriving and quiet town and a great place to use as your initial base in Valencia.
La Pobla de Vallbona is the place I call home and have done for 20 years now. Property for sale in La Pobla de Vallbona ranges from town centre flats and apartments to large villas and mansions on the outlying estates. Avoid buying property for sale on the Vista Calderona estate as it is a totally untypical estate for the area with a lot of houses all built in the same way. There are hundreds for sale but the developer left the estate unfinished!!
La Pobla is a working town full of orange and onion warehouses and has a much more working class feel than nearby Betera or La Eliana. Because of this property in La Pobla de Vallbona is considerably less per square metre than property in La Eliana or property for sale in Betera.
La Pobla is served by bus routes into Valencia city and the metro line also stops just outside La Pobla nearby the proposed new golf course (can't see it being built myself) It is just fifteen minutes into Valencia by car and is usually a very easy trip ie not too much traffic.
