In the Cabanyal, sometimes you never know what you're going to get since each street is a microlife of it's own and this apartment is the Cream of the Cream. The building is calm, the street is calm and clean, the medical center is across the street, the main train station is right in front - meaning there is also a nice park right in front, the Mercado of fresh fruits and vege is just on the corner, a handful of some of the best restaurants and cafes are within a 5 minute radius. The beach is a short walk down the street.

The bike lane is in front which will take you direct to the metro (Lines Green and Red: City Center/Airport) or direct to the Turia Park - or the Corte Ingles if you want to go on a shopping spree.

The home has a lot of natural calming light. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 master room, 1 room with an individual bed, and a guest room with a work desk. There's a very large balcony, a laundry room, and a spacious kitchen. And - Rare in Spain, there IS a lift!

Valencia Beach Area

We have to distinguish the beach area of Valencia from the city centre itself. For our purposes we are calling the beach area not only the Cabanyal and Malvarrosa but also Nazaret near the Port, El Grau near the Marina, Alboraya beach, the Patacona, and Port Saplaya, also belonging to Alboraya. Valencia beach is a 4km long wide expanse of sand fronted by a palm fringed Promenade that you can walk from one end to the other, starting by the Marina in the Cabanyal and finishing at the end of the Patacona in Alboraya, without leaving the beach area. There are plenty of areas set aside for water sports, beach games such as football and volleyball and in the summer beach bars are set up so that clients can enjoy snacks and drinks without leaving the beach. Valencia beach never gets full as it is huge and the quality of the water is excellent for a city beach. Valencia Beach Property for sale has a wide range of property, from old style townhouses with tiled frontages in the Cabanyal, to affordable apartments in Malvarrosa to new build apartments in Alboraya with common areas such as pools, gyms and tennis courts.
